I have an employer group who would like to offer a discount to a fitness center for their employees - possibly pay 50% of the fee or monthly membership. They just aren't sure how to do the accounting of it. How would they withhold the employee portion - pre tax, post tax? If anyone has experience with something like this and can offer advice, that would be great. Thank you!
