Working at something I love is a luxury many people don't have. Instead of having typical goals and objectives, I have a set of guidelines I try to live within. When I focus on the doing the right thing, the results normally follow. There is an old sayinig that if you put one foot in front of the other and do the next right thing, you'll get to where you are supposed to be. The destinations can be surprising and rewarding.
